Hello, Hello!

It’s so nice to meet you!

I’m Washington born and raised, currently living in Seattle.

Some years after completing an undergraduate degree in Community Health, I left the health and nonprofit sector for tech.

The designers I worked with as a software engineer opened up my eyes to viewing products the way the user does. I love puzzling out what they’re experiencing through the unique life stories, motivations, and limitations they bring to their journey through a product. I’m stoked to design content that’ll help them navigate and achieve their goals.

Outside of work, I’m a hobby connoisseur. As in: my main hobby is sampling everyone else’s hobbies. But my favorites, the ones that have stuck, are wandering in old growth forests, jumping into large bodies of water, lounging in my kayak with a good book, pretending I’m good at archery, observing people, and making horrible, horrible puns.
